Consultative Solutions Developed In One Of The World's Exciting, Challenging Markets

Derive Technologies present-day passion for IT support services and healthcare cybersecurity and data management was founded through the combination of two technology firms dating back to 1986 and incorporated as “Derive Technologies” at the beginning of 2001. Derive's executive management team—all already long-time collaborators at the time of the company’s official founding—continue to help provide customers with industry-leading IT support services with a focus on value.

Starting as a local system integrator, the company expanded to become a premier Tri-State-area value-added reseller (VAR) and a well-known and respected IT support services business consultancy. Derive works with the leading industry-standard hardware and software vendors to provide world-class IT architecture, application virtualization, and IT support services for its client base.

Derive’s practice areas now include specialty healthcare technology, healthcare cybersecurity, healthcare data management, IT core infrastructure and datacenters, IT architecture, cloud computing (encompassing full cloud modernization, hybrid cloud, on-demand cloud services, private cloud, and IoT/edge computing solutions), application virtualization, collaboration, mobility, enterprise security, networking, IT purchasing, integration and support (including contract and managed services), and comprehensive configuration and staging services.

The firm’s primary vertical markets include healthcare, financial services, state and local government plus education (SLED), and the commercial SMB space.
