A historic New Jersey private hospital, founded in 1890 and serving a broad patient community across the metropolitan area, faced a critical inflection point in its IT operations. With insufficient internal IT support capabilities and a rapidly escalating need for secure remote access—intensified by the demands of the COVID-19 pandemic—the hospital's clinical and administrative teams were struggling to maintain efficient, secure workflows. This approach ensured minimal disruption to patient care and facilitated efficient rollouts in both existing and new facilities. By March 2015, Derive successfully installed over 1,000 Humanscale arms across more than 35 facilities, resulting in enhanced clinical and business workflows and a reduced total cost of ownership for the client.
