SL1: Technician

A+ certified • Desktop support for hardware, software and remedial maintenance • Troubleshooting, configurations, installs, upgrades and peripheral break-fix repairs • In house Configuration. • Microsoft 98, 2000, XP, Vista knowledge • Rack & Stack

SL2: Service Engineer


Technicians skill sets plus able to perform LAN support • network configurations, installs, upgrades, and troubleshoot user connectivity issues • Ability to support desktop O/S’s & troubleshoot industry standard applications • Server + Network

SL3: Systems Engineer

Service Engineer skill sets plus server level support, H/W & O/S. Knowledge of network infrastructure and O/S’s. CNE, MCSE, CCEA, or CCNA Certification • Strong technical, business and interpersonal skills

SL4: Sr. Systems Engineer
