The Senior Technical Solutions Sales Executive is accountable for the revenue growth and customer satisfaction for an account or a group of accounts within a geographic region. |

Responsibilities:
- Prospecting to identify new sales opportunities.
- Qualifying and making presentations to potential customers.
- Proposing and closing opportunities for solutions.
- Cross selling and up selling the product suite into existing accounts.
- Setting and managing customer expectations throughout the lifecycle of the account.
- Maintaining the highest levels of personal & professional behavior in the work place.

Required skills/background:
- Bachelor’s degree (4 year college) or equivalent experience required (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in selling large deals to executives and senior management in Global 2500 and larger mid-size companies.
- Background in IT infrastructure or integration companies or direct experience with:
- Professional service providers
- Hardware (e.g. HP)
- Software (e.g. Microsoft, Citrix)
- Virtualization (e.g. VMware)
- Security (e.g. Symantec, Cisco)
- IT consulting (e.g. Accenture)
- System integrators.
- Demonstrated success in applying consultative selling techniques to opportunities with extensive Sales Training.
- Proven track record in a “team oriented” selling environment, including the ability to act as the team’s quarterback when developing complex solutions.
- Proven and verifiable track record in exceeding sales quotas.
- Proven sales track record in New York Metropolitan Area geographic market (needs to have worked extensively in the region).
- Excellent communication skills.

- Implementing and Administering a Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 Directory Services Infrastructure.
- Skills required include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Active Directory and DNS for Active Directory, as well as skills necessary for change and configuration management, including RIS and Group Policy and Active Directory Security solutions.
- Designing and Implementing Microsoft Exchange Server Network Infrastructure.
- Skills required to analyze business requirements for designing an Exchange 5.5/2000/2003 Server site-site hierarchy, roles, security, and interoperability/upgrade/migration and its implementation.
- Designing and Implementing Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 Directory Services Infrastructure.
- Skills required to analyze business requirements and design a directory service architecture, including unified directory services such as Active Directory and Microsoft Windows NT domains; connectivity between and within systems, system components, and applications; and data replication such as directory replication and database replication and implementation of these technologies.
- Designing Security for Microsoft Windows NT/2000/2003 Networks.
- Skills required to analyze business requirements for security and designing a security solution that meets these requirements.
- Must possess ability to successfully implement hardening of the server infrastructure in appropriate server roles.
- Experience in implementing and managing Enterprise PKI infrastructure using X.509v3 certificates based on Microsoft and 3rd-party technologies is highly desirable.

- Responsible for performing installation, configuration, and implementation of VMware products and technologies.

- Develop detailed back out plans in case of failed P2V migrations.
- Work with customer to appropriately size destination virtual machine.
